Customer support
We aim to respond to customer enquiries within two business days. Supplier or carrier investigations may take longer, but we will keep you updated where further checks are required.
Returns
Use our Returns & Tracking page to start a return. Submit the form before sending anything back so we can provide the correct instructions and return address for your order.
Before you get in touch
Many questions are answered quickly here:
- How long does delivery take? Typically 4–7 business days for UK-stocked products. Some product pages show a different estimate.
- How much is delivery? UK delivery is free on every order. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
- Where is my order? When tracking is available, we email it after dispatch. You can also check My Account → Orders.
- Can I return something? Yes, most online orders can be cancelled within 14 days of delivery. Start with our Returns & Tracking form before sending anything back.
- My item arrived damaged or faulty. Please use the Returns & Tracking form and attach photos of the item and packaging, so we can arrange the right remedy.
