Returns, made straightforward
Use this page to check how order tracking works or to start a return with Lumen Larch. Please do not send anything back until we have confirmed the correct return instructions and address for your order.
Track your order
When tracking is available, we will send the tracking details by email after dispatch. You can also review your order from My Account → Orders.
If you need help locating an order, email orders@lumenlarch.com and include your order number and the email address used at checkout.
Start a return
Submit the form below within 14 days of receiving your order. We will review the request against the relevant fulfilment route and send the correct return instructions by email.
- Have your order number and order email address ready.
- Tell us which item you want to return and why.
- Do not send the item directly to a manufacturer or supplier unless Lumen Larch specifically instructs you to do so.
- If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, attach clear photographs of the item and packaging using the image upload field in the form.
