Terms & Conditions
These terms apply when you buy goods from Lumen Larch through lumenlarch.com. Please read them before placing an order.

2. Products
We take reasonable care to describe products accurately and to present images faithfully. Colours and finishes may vary slightly because of materials, lighting and screen settings. Product dimensions, ingredients, materials and compatibility information should be checked before purchase where relevant.
3. Orders and contract formation
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed when we accept your order and send confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance, for example because stock is unavailable, pricing information is materially incorrect, payment is not authorised, or delivery cannot be completed to the address supplied. If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot accept, it will be refunded.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery charges are shown before you place your order. Payment methods available at checkout may include card payments processed through Stripe and Direct Bank Transfer. You must provide accurate billing and delivery information.
5. Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. Current delivery charges and estimates are set out on our Shipping & Returns page and, where relevant, on individual product pages. Unless another period is agreed with you, goods will be delivered within 30 days of the contract being made.
6. Your right to cancel
For most goods bought online, consumers have a legal right to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods without giving a reason. You then normally have a further 14 days to return them. Details, return costs, exceptions and refund timing are explained on our Shipping & Returns page.
7. Faulty goods and statutory rights
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose where applicable. If there is a problem, contact us at contact@lumenlarch.com.
8. Supplier fulfilment
Some products are fulfilled directly by selected suppliers. Lumen Larch remains your retailer and point of contact for the order. We may share the delivery information necessary for the supplier or carrier to fulfil the order.
9. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under consumer law. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law that applies to the consumer contract. If you are a consumer resident in the UK, you retain the protections of the mandatory consumer laws applicable to you and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
Model cancellation notice
You may use the following wording if you wish to cancel: “I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract for the sale of the following goods: [goods]. Ordered on / received on: [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Order number: [order number]. Date: [date].” Send it to contact@lumenlarch.com.
