Care
Vacuum on low suction without a rotating beater bar, and blot spills rather than rubbing. For a full clean, fold loosely and wash alone at 30°C with a mild detergent, then air dry flat. Do not bleach, tumble dry, iron or use fabric softener. Colours can look slightly different on screen, so compare the photographs in daylight.
When your rug arrives: please unroll and check it within a couple of days, and tell us straight away through our Returns & Tracking form if anything is damaged or not as expected, with a photo if you can. Keep the rug unused and in its packaging until you have decided to keep it.
